  5. In 99% of games between mid and higher level players, (serious enough to record the games) e4, d4, Nf3 and c4 are chosen as opening moves. All other 16 moves are used in 1% of games combined.

    I always tried to keep my king as surrounded as possible os always avoided moving the lawns around it.

  12. the knight one helps you get the enemy pawns out and more then use a pawn to move across the chess board.If this doesn't work then use the pawn to move and make the rook escape which makes it easier to win.

  14. My favorite is the Reti move Nf3 and it is best to transpose to a D4 opening because it sort of somehow give the opponent a psychological impact on them.
