  6. Hmm alot of coughing going on when ol buddy was figuring what to do

  7. Can someone send India all of the cough drops?

  8. Coming in late throws the opponent off balance.
-Already before the game begins, you're MADE to sit and wait, in complete ignorance of how long, is he even gonna show up?

Magnus has the initiative already, and you're being made passive, also you're being disrespected, you're not worth his time, and he clearly doesn't care about this match against you,
    – Infact, he doesn't even acknowledge you as a chess player..!

See? That's all the thoughts going through the head of the opponent, on a subconscious level atleast.

  9. "Magnus Carlsen spends 40 seconds to make his first move"… omg…. if you dont know – it's normal.

  10. I take it Magnus won? How many moves till the end?

  11. Why does the guy on the right come across as a colossal prick? At first I thought it may have been the top-knot or the lack of sportsmanship in starting the timer prior to Magnus' arrival, but I think there's more to it, I just can't place it…

  12. did these people get paid to watch this? wth they looking at

  13. I think this is a variable strategy. He’s not only calculating potential games. But giving the opponent confidence. False security from their clock. That way he can use their time against them. To pressure them into knowing that any time they waste calculating. Magnus is using too.

  14. Bummer when they don’t finish the game. Its a tournament. Should be forced to finish.

  15. 3:06 Why didn't he move his bishop for a double thread against the rock and the queen?

  16. Idk why I hate the guy in the whites expression for every move lol

  17. Magnus always shows up 2nd after his opponent. I believe he does this because he thinks he is something special. Which he is, but I think he over does it

  18. Did Magnus won? I dont get why his opponent give up

  19. Ok why did they stop playing there was no check

  20. Nepo always loses when opponent's pawn in his 2nd line

  21. Funny how Ian and magnus have traded hairdous 😅

  22. 为什么总感觉涅波的走棋有很多随意性,可能是因为太深了,所以我这种小白看不透吧……

  23. this ian guy reminds me of hikaru and magnus in one person for some reason

  24. time had already started, and Carlsen touched all the pieces….but isn't there the rule "piece touched, piece to move"?
he's good, but where are the basic rules??
