  1. If the division was less everyone can have a better life. I can play checkers

  2. Pons are 1st defense. Also the first to lose life. Same in ordinary citizens to the leadership and their elite beliefs

  3. The queen took alot of knowledge to the grave.

  4. Alot of history that unlocks the future and future technology

  6. …. I feel like I could beat lex in chess now….. And I'm only 900 elo in chess atm.

  7. Lex is trying to find a girlfriend by inviting ladies on his podcast.

  8. My humble suggestion how to measure, who is the best chess player of all times must be measured by who has won Tata Steel Chess Tournament the most times. This Tournament has been around for over 80 years and all the top players in their time has played this tournament multiple times. The one that has won it the most times should be the greatest player of all times as all the best has been tested against their best of their time in this tournament.

  9. Another successful Romanian to on could be Florina from Florina Fitness!!!😮

  10. Good looking and can play chess.
    I love Andrea’s voice 👀

  11. Thank you for the introduction to these charming ladies. When I look at these two I am reminded o the saying…."The beauty of her smile puts the Sun to shame!"do not know who said it but it applies . Thanks!

  12. There's a definite Freudian slip there about the knight and king hugging

  13. You cannot have empathy for a fascist in a one shot conversation. Listen to Bessel Van Der Kolk talk about trauma and how much time it takes to get through to helping someone like Tate have any kind of awakening. You just can't be Carl Rogers in an hour.

  14. Learning to play chess is one of my 2023 resolutions and they inspire me. I like that they show it is possible to take care of yourself AND be smart and intellectual

  15. Lex makes such high caliber interviewer it’s aw inspiring how much value and how many interesting and unique perspectives on the world and a deeper layer of thinking. I’d say 90% of people only kind of think and live their lives on the surface. I value and appreciate your curiosity towards people and towards such a wide and deep variety of different interesting topics, concepts, relatinships and psychological aspects in the world

  16. I'll never understand how people simp for these girls.

  17. If I saw a guy playing blindfolded chess like that as a teenager I would have been psyched out, not "Oh, I don't want to get pulled into this beautiful addiction". I'm calling B.S. on that one Lex.

  18. 8:56 these gipsy and this Russian retarded not even know that Italian is the original romance language.. 😂😂

  19. i love watching Andrea, she has some x factor

  20. Friedman saved chess with all those chess interviews

  21. the "freaky" alarm is strong with these two, and i mean "bed freaky".

  22. trash talking your way thru the chess game is large format skill. it seems to me what females do these days. watch Clare hogle golf. she dose the same thing trash trash trashed talk.

  23. Yeah, society just hates it when people go "crazy"

  24. 2 SMART beautiful sisters on Lex podcast, having Romanian names, speaking American and traveling in Italy…
Reinforcing the fact that nothing happens randomly in my life but right in time when I need it❤

  25. 7:05 Its called food regulations honey

There's a reason the US is the world leader (by far) in everything that involves food quality and its regulations.

  26. I cant help but be fascinated by Lex's keyboard

    Its so strange

  27. I suddenly had a hunch, maybe I'm wrong: Alex seems to have a mild form of autism

  28. @lexfridman really cool podcast. Man, you are so humble for having the degrees that you do. I love your gentle and thoughtful approach. Keep up the great work contributing in the market place of ideas.

  29. Lex I owe so much gratitude to you ..thank you. For now I've finally found a male roll to model after. Your politeness, patience, quick mind, intense focus, sense of humor , variety of skills, vocabulary, kindness & sincerity all serve me well in tweaking how I would like to be perceived as. Knowing you are out there gives me increased faith for the worlds future.

  30. Thank you very much for Lex Friedman from PODCAST(as an interviewer)!
Chess-Man&Women… always a useful indicator of PODCAST…. could not GrandMaster even Manus Carlsen degree!
    God bless Lex Friedman&Alexa&Andrea.

  31. I were not sure if I want to play with the black pieces, or with the white pieces in Lex position.

  32. Interesting note: When they made the Queens Gambit, the directors initially had planned to have Garry Kasparov play Borgov. However, the movie length for filming was too long for him from chess tournaments, so he offered to help make the chess more realistic over the board at least!

  33. does he ever ask her about playing poker with Ted Cruz?

  34. As a former chess player and a current math major at college, I felt such a connection to this episode. Essentially, I loved how Lex so openly shared his take on some really interesting questions. Overall this episode is beautiful. Beautiful both visually and mentally. Alex is brilliant lady. So is Andrea.
    Lex is the role model.

Lex, thank you for putting your effort out there and creating this valuable informational art that we not only love to be exposed to but I dare to say that we should.

Thank you for putting love into the world.
